Terms of Service

(Strictly Governed by the Laws of Singapore)

YEO GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides online educational content and consulting services via this website. By accessing our website, purchasing our courses, or using our services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 2010 of Singapore.

1. Account Registration and Security

1.1. Account Creation & Accuracy

To access the Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree that the electronic record of your registration constitutes a valid contract under the Electronic Transactions Act 2010.

1.2. Security & No Sharing

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to terminate your account immediately without refund if concurrent logins (login from multiple devices/IPs simultaneously) or suspicious account sharing activity is detected, in line with the Computer Misuse Act 1993.

2. Services and Payments

2.1. Pricing & Currency

All prices are quoted in the currency displayed on the payment page. Access to the Service is granted only upon successful payment confirmation.

2.2. Goods and Services Tax (GST)

As of the "Last Updated" date, the Company is a Non-GST Registered Entity. Therefore, the fees quoted are net prices and no GST is currently charged. However, the Company reserves the right to charge GST at the prevailing statutory rate in the future if it becomes a GST-registered entity under Singapore law. Any such change will be clearly communicated at checkout.

3. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

3.1. Ownership

All content provided on this website, including but not limited to video lectures, text, graphics, logos, templates, and software, is the exclusive property of YEO GLOBAL PTE. LTD. and is protected by Singapore and international copyright laws (Copyright Act 2021).

3.2. Limited License & Prohibitions

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You shall NOT:

  • Reproduce, record (screen capture/recording), distribute, or publicly display any part of the course content.
  • Create derivative works based on the Company's content.
  • Share your account details to allow third parties to access the paid content.

Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination and legal action for damages.

4. Refund and Cancellation

4.1. Governance by Refund Policy

All refunds and cancellations are strictly governed by our separate Refund Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Refund Policy, including the "No Refund after Course Commencement" clause mandated by the digital nature of our services, in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

5. User Conduct and Restrictions

5.1. Prohibited Acts

Under the Protection from Harassment Act 2014 (POHA), you agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person or Company staff.
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to reverse engineer the Company's website.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Company's global digital infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. "As Is" Basis & No Guarantee

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties that the results obtained from the use of the Service will meet your specific business goals or financial expectations. This is in line with the Unfair Contract Terms Act (UCTA), Cap 396.

6.2. Exclusion of Indirect Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) arising out of your use of the Service.

6.3. Cap on Liability

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, subject to the reasonableness test under UCTA Section 11.

7. Termination

7.1. Right to Terminate

The Company may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms (especially Clause 3 regarding IP infringement). Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

8.2. Exclusive Jurisdiction

For the avoidance of doubt, the Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This agreement excludes the application of the laws of any other country, ensuring a consistent legal standard under Singapore law.
